2 Step ERA PRO

Updated today

Program Overview

The 2 Step ERA Program is built to identify traders who are consistent, disciplined, and skilled.

It includes:

  • ERA Phase 1 (Evaluation Stage 1)

  • ERA Phase 2 (Evaluation Stage 2)

  • Master Account

1. ERA PRO – Phase 1

This is the first evaluation stage. Before receiving a funded account, you must demonstrate responsible trading and proper risk management.

Trading Objectives – Phase 1

  • Profit Target: 6%

  • Maximum Daily Drawdown: 3%

  • Maximum Overall Drawdown: 6%

  • Minimum Profitable Days: 3 days with at least +0.5% gain each

  • Time Limit: No time limit to complete objectives

Once all objectives are achieved and verified, the account will automatically progress to ERA – Phase 2 at the end of the trading day.

2. ERA PRO – Phase 2

The second evaluation stage focuses on consistency, discipline, and stable trade execution.

Trading Objectives – Phase 2

  • Profit Target: 6%

  • Maximum Daily Drawdown:3%

  • Maximum Overall Drawdown: 6%

  • Minimum Profitable Days: 3 days with at least +0.5% gain each

  • Time Limit: No time limit to complete objectives

After passing Phase 2 and completing KYC, you will receive your Master Account. The onboarding process may take up to 3 business days.

3. Master Account

After successfully completing both evaluation stages, traders receive a live funded account.

Master Account Details

  • Profit Split: 80% to the trader / 20% to FundingEra

  • Payout Frequency: Every 14 days after your first trade

  • Minimum Profitable Days: 3 days with at least +0.5% gain each

  • Maximum Daily Drawdown: 3%

  • Maximum Overall Drawdown: 6%

  • Maximum Risk per Trade Idea: 2% (exceeding this results in a hard breach)

  • Minimum Holding Time: 1 minute per position (closing earlier results in a soft breach; repeated violations may escalate to a hard breach)

4. Loss Limits

Maximum Loss Limit (Overall Drawdown)

The Maximum Loss Limit represents the lowest level your equity or balance can reach before triggering a hard breach.

  • Overall Drawdown:6% of the initial balance

  • Falling below this level results in an instant Hard Breach and account closure.

Daily Loss Limit (Daily Drawdown)

The Daily Loss Limit is the maximum amount you can lose in a single trading day.

  • Calculated from the higher value between starting balance or equity at the start of the day.

  • Daily Drawdown: 3%

  • The limit resets every 24 hours (server time).

  • Exceeding it results in a Hard Breach.

5. Trading Hours & News Rules

Holding Trades

  • Overnight and weekend holding allowed.

News Trading

  • Allowed during evaluation phases.

  • Restricted on Funded Accounts:

    • You may not open or close trades within 5 minutes before or after a high-impact news event.

    • Profits made during this restricted window may be removed.

6. Inactivity Rule

  • Accounts with no trades for 30 consecutive days will be breached and closed.

7. Minimum Profitable Days

Applies to all three phases:

  • At least 3 profitable days

  • Each profitable day must end at +0.5% or more

8. Prohibited Trading Behavior

(Instant Hard Breach)

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Reverse trading or hedging across multiple accounts

  • Arbitrage or latency exploitation

  • Tick scalping

  • High-Frequency Trading (HFT)

  • Copy trading or shared/third-party EAs

  • Gambling behavior or over-leveraging

  • Any manipulation or unrealistic trading patterns

Violating any of these rules results in immediate account termination.

9. Consistency & Best Practices

FundingEra aims to reward disciplined traders, not high-risk behavior.

Recommended practices:

  • Keep risk per trade between 1-2%

  • Use stable and consistent lot sizes

  • Avoid emotional trading, revenge trades, or oversized positions

  • Focus on long-term trading process and consistency
